Overview

Le Roudier first opened its doors to guests in 1996. The current owners, Paul and Dearbhla took over in 2003 and have welcomed many holiday makers from around the globe since then.

They have worked on adding to and improving Le Roudier with sympathic renovation over the years. They have enjoyed making it their home and bringing up their young family in this beautiful and tranquil corner of the Dordogne.

The 300 year old buildings of Le Roudier stand in over 30 acres of glorious Perigordian countryside with fantastic panoramic views across the adjoining valley.

It is surrounded by wonderful rolling countryside and yet only a few kilometres from the bastide town of Eymet. Bergerac town is a mere 20 minutes away and the airport provides excellent connections to the UK and Europe. Le Roudier provides an oasis of peace and tranquility for a relaxing holiday, plus a good base for sightseeing and other more active pursuits. For more information click on the tab 'Things to do.'

The Accommodation

4 Cottages, 1 Farmhouse, 2 swimming pools.

This beautiful hamlet of Le Roudier comprises of 4 cottages, the main farmhouse and converted bake house. The cottages are centred around the larger of the two swimming pools and can be rented individually or collectively, catering for up to 33 people.

Depending on the size of your party, you can book one or all of the cottages. Share a pool or have exclusive use.
